SciDataUtils is built to be usable without accounts, tracking, or data collection beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the tools. This page explains what happens when you use the site.

Uploaded data

Data you paste or upload is processed on demand to produce the requested results.

• Data you paste or upload is processed transiently to generate the requested results and is not stored after processing.
• Uploaded data is not sold, shared, or used for profiling.
• Do not upload personal, confidential, or sensitive information.

Logs and operational data

SciDataUtils maintains minimal server logs to ensure reliability and security.

• Logs may include request metadata such as timestamps, response times, and error information.
• We do not store IP addresses in our application logs for user identification.
• Our infrastructure providers (e.g., CDN) may process IP addresses for security and delivery.
• Log retention is limited and intended for debugging, abuse prevention, and service stability.

Analytics

We use Simple Analytics to understand aggregate site usage.

• No cookies are used.
• No personal data is collected.
• No cross-site or behavioral tracking is performed.

Cookies

SciDataUtils does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Limited, essential cookies may be used only where required for basic site functionality (e.g. security or session handling).
